This course did not only help me improve my English skills. This course also helped me improve my writing in Environmental issues and Biology lab. the techniques that we used carried over into these classes helping me become a better writer all around. peer reviewing was a big thing because I started to see the common mistakes that I was making. Secondly, the book “They Say I Say” helped me a lot. We annotated this book in class and learned how to properly use it and I was able to use the things from this book in other classes. Also, the little seagull was helpful when I was trying to do my APA citations in Environmental. In conclusion, I think that this class helped me improve my writing skills in a lot more than just an English class setting. I believe that the tools and techniques that we used all year helped and are going to continue to help me with my writing career
